Al Tarvin
retired from the Air Force; taught high school and college courses;
was a headmaster, field engineer, and tax consultant. As a long-established
writer, his credits include the Santa Rosa Sun newspaper, Florida Freelance,
Camping Today, and Family Campers and RVers. He holds a bachelors degree
from Utah State University and master's degrees from the University
of Southern California and Troy State University.
